This Is Not a Trend. It’s a Movement.
There is something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately as I look at what’s happening online and in business. So much of what we see is built around trends. What’s popular right now. What’s getting attention. What’s moving fast. And while trends can be exciting, they are rarely built to last.
What I’m part of, and what I’m building, does not feel like a trend to me. It feels like a movement.
Trends are loud. They spike quickly and fade just as fast. Movements are quieter. They grow steadily. They are rooted in values, purpose, and people. And when I look at the women coming into this space, the conversations we’re having, and the way this season of my life feels, I know I’m not chasing something temporary.
I’ve built in many different seasons of my life. I spent years in corporate sales, learning discipline, structure, and how to show up consistently. I began building online at 40, navigating visibility, personal branding, and self-led growth. Now at 55, I see things more clearly than ever.
What I’m doing now is not about what’s trending. It’s about what’s sustainable.
Part of that clarity has come from partnering with a company that is stable, proven, and rooted in longevity. This year marks nearly 70 years of history, innovation, and trust. That matters to me at this stage of life. I am no longer interested in building something that feels exciting today but uncertain tomorrow. I want to align with something that has stood the test of time and is still evolving.
Building toward a billion is not about hype or speed. It’s about vision, teamwork, and long-term impact. It’s about doing this together, as a community, with shared values and a commitment to growth that supports real lives. When you combine stability with innovation, and experience with fresh leadership, you create something powerful.
This movement is about women who want more than quick wins. Women who want integrity, consistency, and something they can grow into over time. Women who are done chasing every new idea and are ready to build something that aligns with who they are and how they want to live.
One of the biggest shifts for me has been realizing that real momentum does not come from urgency. It comes from alignment. When women feel supported and empowered to build at their own pace, confidence grows. Leadership emerges. Community forms. That is not a trend. That is a movement.
Movements are built through relationships, not algorithms. Through trust, not tactics. Through consistency, not pressure. And that is exactly what I see unfolding in this season.
Another truth I’ve learned is that movements attract the right people naturally. You don’t have to convince or perform. When something is rooted in purpose and backed by stability, the women who are meant to be part of it recognize that. They feel it. They lean in because it resonates with where they are in life.
This movement is about women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who value longevity. Women who want to build income, confidence, and community in a way that supports their lives instead of competing with them. Women who understand that building something meaningful takes time and that being part of a team with a long-term vision matters.
As I continue building in this season, I am less interested in what’s trending and more committed to what’s true. I want to be part of something that grows deeper with time, something that creates opportunity without burnout, and something that allows women to step into leadership in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
This is not a moment. It’s a movement. And I’m grateful to be building it alongside women who believe in longevity, teamwork, and creating something that lasts.
