I must be nuts LOL

Good morning! Guys, I must be crazy! I woke up today and the temperature said 4 degrees feels like -12. As I was lying in bed thinking NOPE I am NOT getting into that cold shower today, NOPE, NO WAY! Then here comes my tough voice JUST GO GET IT OVER WITH! You made this commitment to yourself, You are strong, You don’t quit things, You finish everything you start (I have had to train my brain to say this to me) LOL.

So I got up, threw my hair in a pony (I’ll take the shower but my hair is NOT getting wet today). Turn the shower on, set the timer on my phone and just got in. It was AWEFUL! I am just going to say that. I’ll say it again IT WAS AWEFUL! BUT IT’S DONE! When the 5 minutes were up today I did put that baby too warm for a few minutes. Now I am sitting on the couch under a blanket with my coffee, writing to you guys about it.

Later I have to go on my 45 walk outside. Depending on what time I go whether its noon or 2pm it will feel like -10 or -5 by then I know my brain will say just bundle up and get it over with you already did the COLD shower so don’t waste it. I am on Day 11 of 75 Hard’s Phase 1 so more than 1/3 of the way done for the month. I know if I quit I will be mad at myself so wish me luck!
