Crockpot Shredded Buffalo Chicken

This one is a huge go to for me. It is easy to make and great to have on hand. You can throw some on a salad, into a wrap, into a baked sweet potato or have it on its own.

What you will need:

  • 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 bottle of Franks hot sauce

That’s it!

  • Grab your crockpot and put it on low.

  • Place the chicken breast in and pour the bottle of Frank’s hot sauce on top.

  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken in tender

  • You can either take the chicken out and shred it with 2 forks or I just shred it in the crockpot.

  • Stir it in the sauce in the crockpot and place crockpot on warm until ready to serve.
