Crockpot Shredded Buffalo Chicken
This one is a huge go to for me. It is easy to make and great to have on hand. You can throw some on a salad, into a wrap, into a baked sweet potato or have it on its own.
What you will need:
4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle of Franks hot sauce
That’s it!
Grab your crockpot and put it on low.
Place the chicken breast in and pour the bottle of Frank’s hot sauce on top.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken in tender
You can either take the chicken out and shred it with 2 forks or I just shred it in the crockpot.
Stir it in the sauce in the crockpot and place crockpot on warm until ready to serve.
