From Day 1 to Day 12 on 75 Hard

Well, guys here is my transformation so far from Day 1 to Day 12! Don’t mind my sleepy face from this morning. If this is what has happened in the last 12 days, I cannot wait to see what the results are at day 75

75 hard isn’t a diet & although I’m posting progress pictures it’s way more than that. It’s like discovering things about yourself that you didn’t realize you needed to.

Guys, I was in such a funk for a while. I know social media doesn’t always show that. I love being back in NH with the family but I was really sad these last few months after leaving NYC & I was getting mad at myself about it. I was always thinking “you’re home with your family who are your world. Why in the heck are you feeling sad inside over a city. Go visit” but visiting isn’t the same. Does anyone else ever get like that over a place? I was doing a lot of internal work & started to feel better about it until last Sunday when I woke up & said I’m doing 75 Hard after watching someone else. After 12 days those sad feelings are completely gone. It will be fun to see how it goes for the next 63 days.

In these last 12 days I’ve done:

✨ 12 workouts outside (walking is all I’m doing right now)

✨ 12 workouts inside (10 days lifting and 2 yoga days)

✨ 12 progress pictures

✨ 12 days of reading 10 pages of a book

✨ 12 days of following my macros

✨ 12 days of no alcohol or cheat meals.

Here’s the best part, I’ve also gone out to dinner in a restaurant 2x, went to a gala Saturday night & tonight I’m at another charity event. I thought the hardest part was going to be giving up the alcohol especially with going to events or out to dinner but it’s been great. I love feeling refreshed every day. So if you’re in a funk find maybe it’s time to find something to challenge you in a different way. Or maybe you look up what 75 Hard is and try it for yourself!
