Empowering others while in an ostomy

Charlotte has only had her ostomy for a few years, but in that short time, she has truly inspired people.

She is empowering and vulnerable at the same time and it really is such an amazing quality to have and is so rare to find.

On social media Charlotte talks about the good and the bad of everyday life with an Ostomy, just keeping it real!  And this is what is helping so many people and what is so inspiring about her. She shares her journey no matter the day and that rawness is what gets people through the hard times!

Today we dive into life before her Ostomy, her diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS), which so much is still to learn about it, and how she is now helping others and what she plans to do in the future to reach more people with an Ostomy.

Check out my new friend on today’s podcast from across the pond, because she is truly amazing! And be sure to follow her on social media @charlotteamylouise
