Can you really workout in an ostomy?

I sat down with Meghan this week to answer some questions many of you may have or have been wondering.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Can I really work out!? The answer my friends is YESS!!⠀⠀⠀⠀

The number one reason I think why you need to work out with or without an Ostomy is so that YOU CAN FEEL GOOD!!!⠀⠀

Moving your body feels so good, and you will feel so much better mentally and physically!⠀

And I think Elle Woods said it best... "Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people don't shoot their husbands. They just don't".”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Don't be afraid to move your body, whether it is a little every day or in the gym with a trainer.
