Kam’s journey is a little different than most I have here on the podcast. Kam is actually navigating the Ostomy world alongside his mother as she battles cancer and has had to figure out life with an Ostomy.

As he supports her through her ups and downs, Kam is learning about not only every aspect of life with an Ostomy, including how anatomically it works... But in ways that he can support her physically by living with her and helping her. And by also being there mentally by connecting with others who have an Ostomy and learning ALL that he is able to learn so he can help her as best as possible.

This journey with his Mom has changed his life and has paved a path for him to continue to help her and the Ostomy community the best he can in the future.
