Home workout with kettlebells and/or dumbells

This is an example of a full body workout that I did at home last week from the Sweeney Fitness App that I have been following. If you love lifting you really should grab the app and try it out. It’s only $1 for the first month and $14.99 every month after. I am not an affiliate for them, just love their style of workouts. I mixed it between using my kettlebells and my dumbbells so that I could do it at home instead of heading to the gym that day.

It consisted of:

  • Deadlifts

  • Overhead walking lunges

  • Cleans

  • Bear crawl dumbbell push

  • Kettlebells swings

  • Farmer Carries

  • V-up crunches

You can do something like this at home as well. Set a timer for anywhere from 20-45 minutes and do 10 of each move with limited rest and keep cycling through it. You can do as heavy or light with the weights as you want! You will get a great sweat with it! Have a great workout!
