Boston for the night
Last night my husband John and I spent the night in Boston. He was tired of doing the same ole thing and needed to get away. Getting away is great but how do you stay on track when you do? That’s the one thing about not being home and on your schedule and it can really mess you up. The last 2 days I ate 5 meals from restaurants and did my best guess at what was in the meal. I added in extra fat because well how else do they get the food to taste so good?
Here’s the thing when you have a goal there is always a way to stay committed to it. It is NOT easy but you can do it. I continued to log all my food, chug the water, get my walks in and did some Yoga along with the cold showers and the other tasks. Guys, I really hate this phase. I think I say this everyday and I am still cranky about it lol. 8 more days and its done and I CAN’T wait! If you plan to do phase 1 of 75 Hard, take my advice and DON’T do it in the dead of winter.
Oh and Boston was so quiet. I put some videos here for you to check out. It was crazy to me. When we were at dinner last night there were only about 8 people at the bar including us. I know I can say this for all of us that we cannot wait for this virus to be over!
